The Kidder Group, Inc. provides the following valuable services to our candidates free of charge. Our clients will cover all the costs associated with advancing your career. We spend time with our candidates building personal relationships with them so that we are better able to learn and promote their strengths. Opportunities for Career Advancement Our knowledge and networking base as recruiters often allows candidates to advance their careers at a faster rate than staying with the same company would. Our job is to match candidate interests and career aspirations to the positions with our Client Companies. The selection process of our confidential search saves time for everyone. The Kidder Group, Inc. professionally reformats resumes in a manner that our clients have found to be clear and concise. We may consult candidates and add additional information to their resumes that may be relevant to the position. Since we feel that professional references are the most qualified people to comment on professional performance, we personally call professional references and often transcribe their comments onto our cover letters. In addition to resumes and references, we may also ask candidates to complete a questionnaire on professional experience or document a few projects with detailed accounts of their involvement. We are striving to present a package of information to our clients that gives a clear picture of the candidate as a person and also includes enough details regarding professional background that they can see where the candidate can become a valuable team member. The Kidder Group, Inc. will also help prepare candidates for the personal interview. We will send out publicly available information on the client company. We will apprise candidates of the company’s preference for dress and etiquette during the interview and coach them on interview procedures. We can suggest what information could be valuable and worth mentioning during the interview and remind candidates to send a “thank-you” note afterward. We then discuss the interview with our client and provide honest feedback to the candidate shortly after the interview. If an offer is pending, we will assist in negotiations and provide statistics on salary ranges for the position and geographical area. Once an offer has been accepted, we will help candidates draft a letter of resignation and relay information on counter-offers. During the next several months, we will follow up and ensure that everything is going well for the candidate and continue to build a long-term relationship.
