The Kidder Group, Inc. concentrates on building
personal
relationships with companies in Upstate South Carolina. We typically visit the company and meet with the Management Team to
establish good communication from the outset of our relationship. We view our
partnership as an extension of the company, and our mission is to find
candidates who are a good fit for
the company’s culture.
Qualification of candidates
The Kidder
Group personally contacts all candidates and selects only qualified candidates
who meet all prerequisites for the opening. We assess their communication skills and often meet them for lunch so that
we can gauge their personalities. We typically send a complete
package of information about a
candidate including:
- a resume,
professionally reformatted for ease of reading
- written
transcriptions of our calls to the candidate's professional references
- written
detailed descriptions of
projects the candidate has completed
- a
professional background questionnaire completed by the candidate, if
appropriate

Logistics
The Kidder Group, Inc. will help with
all logistics
including interview scheduling, directions to the facility, and accommodations –
if necessary.
Hiring Process
After each
interview, we ask the client for honest feedback. If for some reason, it is not a match, we ask our client to help us by
explaining who the ideal candidate is by comparison. If
the client is interested in the candidate, we will assist with the
hiring process in any
manner possible such as the verification of employment and education. We will also assist the company in guiding them to what we consider
to be a fair offer for the candidate and one that they will accept.
Guarantees
If the
Candidate or the Client terminates employment for any reason within 90
days of hire, the Client will either be issued a pro-rated refund or a suitable
replacement for the Candidate will be placed with the Client free of
charge. This decision will be at the Client’s discretion.
