Bill is a Licensed Professional Recruiter and has a BA in Business Administration from Gettysburg College, has been in professional recruiting for the past 12 years, and served as Corporate Director of Recruiting for Ryobi, Inc., manufacturer of the Sears' Craftsman brand of tools. Bill specialized in recruiting professionals in the areas of Manufacturing and Management.

On June 1, 2007, Bill retired from daily activities as Senior President of the The Kidder Group, Inc., and became a member of the Board of Directors.
